Ban vs Ind: Bangladesh has taken four quick wickets to take the upper hand in the post lunch session on day one of the opening Test against India at the Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury stadium in Chittagong on Sunday.

Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman got out quickly in the post lunch session.

Virender Sehwag made 52 off just 51 balls. Gambhir made 23 before edging a delivery from Hossain and giving a simple catch to Mushfiqur Rahim who made no mistake.

Rahul Dravid was bowled by Shahadat Hossain, he made 4 runs. VVS Laxman was stumped by M Rahim on the bowling of Shakib Al Hasan.

Shakib Al Hasan has taken two wickets, while Shahadat Hossain has taken one wicket.

Sachin Tendulkar is batting with Yuvraj Singh as India has 142 for the loss of 4 wickets.

Earlier, India got off to a steady start after Bangladesh won the toss and elected to field in the first of the two-match Test series at the Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on Sunday.
