Apple files a lawsuit last March 2, 2010 against HTC for patent violation on 20 of Apples patent interface related to iPhone’s user interface, which includes architecture and hardware.
The lawsuit is filed in the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and in U.S. District Court in Delaware. Steve Job, Apple’s CEO said that competition is healthy, but competitors should create their own original technology.
Apple released its revolutionary mobile phone invention the iPhone in 2007. They did it again in 2008 with its pioneering App Store which now offers 150, 000 mobile applications around the world.
whatever apple, they just scare of google android. I certainly don’t want them to win. Competition is good and beside all those patent, i wonder how it got approved. Look at all car manufacture, many of them look alike so screw Apple for those patent.

Funny, I wonder someday, someone will show up and say “keypad-lock idea was mine, so I am gonna sue Nokia, SonyEricsson etc …”
